About
Fleur
I am a UKCP-registered trainee psychotherapist, in my third year of a MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute in London. Transactional Analysis is based on the theory that our childhood development and resulting communication style may create repeated patterns of behaviour that negatively affect our lives and relationships.
I work with clients to establish clear goals and desired outcomes, fostering an open and honest relationship to safely explore and gain insights into their issues and patterns. My goal is to help clients increase their self-awareness, identifying emotions and triggers, whilst challenging limiting beliefs. I facilitate the process for behavioural change, helping clients to recognise their strengths and build resilience, encouraging self-compassion and autonomy. I offer a space to reflect on the integration of new insights, regularly assessing and reviewing progress towards their goals.
